Resilient Healthcare Solutions (RHS) is a boutique consulting company. We partner with healthcare organizations, as well as individual physicians and executives, to address and solve for institutional and individual obstacles that are preventing the organizations and physicians from performing at their optimal level.

We have over 35 years of experience in both clinical and administrative roles that allows us to see both the organizational, as well as the individual physician’s perspective, thus allowing for solutions that are inclusive and collective. The company is directed by a Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physician who has established and run numerous multi-physician groups as well as held senior executive positions in the C-suite.

With the experience that has afforded us with the clinical, operational and administrative roles we are capable of viewing obstacles from the position of all stakeholders, bringing a unique skill set to the table.
Dr. Michael Kulisz Jr.
Dr. Kulisz is the founder of Resilient Healthcare Solutions (RHS) and a Board-Certified Emergency Medicine physician with over 30 years of clinical experience. He was also the co-founder and CEO of a large physician group that provided Emergency Services, Hospitalist Care and Occupational Medicine services for 25 years before he sold the practice in 2013 and became the Chief Medical Officer for two of Northwestern Medicine's hospitals in Illinois. His passion is helping people and that is what drove him to establish RHS.

In his leadership roles, Dr. K witnessed firsthand the importance of helping physicians develop resilience and prevent physician burnout - a national epidemic. By utilizing the MYFOCUS model, developed by Dr. K, the coach helps the client eliminate their distractions, allowing them to focus and improve each area of their life.
Physicians are a vital part of all healthcare organizations. Making sure physicians are engaged and able to lead themselves and others becomes a competitive advantage for those organizations that invest in the welfare of their physicians.
In order to be a strong leader one has to first lead themselves.
